As your birth doula I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labour and after birth. I offer a steady, compassionate presence, comfort measures, reassurance, and advocacy to help you feel informed empowered, and supported in your choices.

The Whole Village Package $1200

• Free consultation (30 minutes) in person or zoom

• 2 prenatal visits (1 hour each)

• Phone calls, text & email communication from booking until 6 weeks postpartum

• On call from 37 weeks

• Full labour and birth support from active labour until delivery

• Support for 1 - 2 hours after birth

• 2 postpartum visits within the first 2 weeks of delivery.(2 hours each)

• Access to our community group chat and meet ups

Experienced Mama or Planned Cesarean $1000

• Free consult (30 minutes) in-person or via zoom

• 1 Prenatal visit (1 hour)

• Phone Call, text, email communication from time of booking until 6 weeks postpartum

• On-call from 37 weeks

• Full labour, birth support from active labour until delivery

• Support for 1-2 hours post birth

• 1 postpartum visit within the first 2 weeks of delivery (2 hours)

Postpartum Visits $200

• Free consult (30 minutes) in-person or via zoom

• Minimum 2 visits, 2 hours each

• Emotional support and reassurance

• Newborn care guidance (feeding, soothing, diapering, sleep rhythms

• Light house work

• Meal prep

• Partner support
