I have 4 young children of my own. I love being a mom and I love having a career. Its my belief that a lot of feelings, hopes and dreams can exist together at once. Through each of my births and my journey from daughter to wife to mom I have learnt a lot. A key lesson has been to set my self up with support to feel my best and show up as the person I want to be. Which is one of the reasons I love supporting women and families. Each family and birth experience is unique, beautiful and eye opening
