I’m a mom of four young children, and I truly love both motherhood and my career. I believe that many feelings, hopes, and dreams can exist all at once. You don’t have to choose just one version of yourself.

Through each of my births, and through my journey from daughter, to wife, to mother, I’ve learned so much. One of the most important lessons has been this: when I set myself up with the right support, I feel my best and I show up as the person I want to be.

That’s one of the reasons I care so deeply about supporting women and families. Truthfully, I would love to have a doula supporting me in every aspect of life and my own motherhood journey. Every family and every birth experience is unique, beautiful, and often eye-opening.

I also believe it’s important to acknowledge that life and loss often exist side by side. There can be layers of grief woven into the motherhood and parenthood journey, whether you conceive through IUI, IVF, surrogacy, adoption, or otherwise.

Many women and families also experience profound loss through miscarriage, termination, or infant loss. This kind of loss can feel overwhelming and deeply isolating, and too often it is carried alone.

Pregnancy and infant loss support is a newer, but incredibly meaningful area of care. The presence of a doula during these experiences can be steadying, compassionate, and deeply supportive.

I would be honored to walk beside you through pregnancy, postpartum, or loss, helping you feel informed, grounded, and cared for. When things go according to plan, I’m there. When plans shift, I’m there. Through the questions, the intensity, the waiting, the tears, the strength, the first cry, you are never doing it alone.
